Your tasks

Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and spare parts — via phone and email, in both English and German

Plan and process service and spare parts orders

Proactively engage with customers, developing strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and experience

Perform service activities as well as provide consulting and training for our customers during system commissioning — via phone, email, and on-site (up to 25%)
Your profile

You are a Service Technician (m/f/d), Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d), or Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

You have experience as a Service Technician, ideally in an electrical or electromechanical environment

You hold a class B driver’s license
