With the new KERRES Taste Master, the name says almost everything about the benefits. Because it was developed for the demanding, precise maturing and drying of fermented products such as fine salami, raw sausage and dairy products and reliably ensures that the end products taste excellent. With KERRES, you can of course assume that the Taste Master is also perfectly built in German craftsmanship.

With the Taste Master, the fermentation process can be controlled easily and safely, taking into account and precisely measuring the pH value, temperature and relative humidity, until the desired result is achieved. After the fermentation, the products can be given a noble aroma through targeted temperature control and humidity regulation. This is done using high-quality stainless steel cooling evaporators, heating elements and a container for water vapor.

With the interplay of cooling, heating, humidification and air circulation, the KERRES Taste Master masters all desired climatic conditions that are essential for the manufacture of fine products and that lead to an excellent taste experience of the products. The innovative technology is – as usual at KERRES – an example of the company statement “And everything will be fine”.

But not only the innovative technology is impressive. Another highlight is the design with lighting of the products in the treatment room. This makes the KERRES Taste Master particularly suitable for the shop floor. There, customers can experience live how particularly high-quality and extraordinarily tasty products are made.

Last but not least, the installation and operation is simply exemplary. The KERRES Taste Master is a plug-in device and, in addition to 230 volts, only needs a ½ inch water connection for the humidifier. Thanks to the possibility of networking in the company network, the operator can access, document and view or edit all data and parameters from anywhere using suitable software.
